From Frustrated Professional

I know what it feels like to be talented, driven, and completely stuck. Early in my career, I was the person everyone turned to for advice — yet I couldn't figure out why my own progression had stalled.

That frustration became my fuel. I spent years studying peak performance, earning my ICF PCC certification, and developing the frameworks that now power the careers of hundreds of professionals across 18+ countries.

Joined the corporate world in an HR role, developing deep expertise in talent management, people development, and organisational culture across fast-growing organisations.

First Coaching Certification
Completed foundational ICF coaching training and began coaching colleagues while progressing through senior HR leadership roles.
